Should i buy xbox 360 2010 holiday bundle?

I was wondering if I should buy it. I already have a ps3 for over 3 years which I love a lot but there are some games which are on the 360 that I want but not on the ps3. I am just worried that when I buy this that next summer the next xbox will come out and I would feel bad about my purchase. Oh and I was also wondering if it comes with 1 month free xbl?
