How To Open And Repair A Wired Xbox 360 Controller

This video shows you how to open and change out the analog sticks in a wired controller. I’m guessing this is an older model due to the Phillips head screws rather than torx. My new controller has torx heads and as soon as my new analog sticks come in I will post a video featuring the new wireless controller as well. Opening the wireless one is very similar except the “hidden” screw is located under the battery pack and most require you to have a torx screwdriver.
