Fix my 360 Controller?

Ok, so i accidentally dropped my 360 controller in a sink… Not my smartest idea and now the ROL around the guide button just stays on. It wont even snyc anymore. Whenever you put the battery pack on it just stays lit up, and it only turns off once you push the “Start” Or “Guide” button. And then you cant turn it on anymore, just take out and put back in the batteries. Is there a way to fix this? Just send me a message or comment below if you know how.
