Watchdog reports on the 3 red lights of death problem with Microsoft’s Xbox 360. I myself am on my third Xbox 360, the first I bought at launch lasted several months and after numerous “freezing” problems it gave the Ring Of Death. M’Soft replaced this console with a refurbished unit which didn’t last a month before, yeah you guessed, 3 red lights. Yet again this one was replaced by Microsoft and fingers crossed it will last now as it’s out of warranty BUT I have had the E67 a couple of times in the last month, not looking good. Okay, so the other day i was messing around, and just happened to find out this actually worked for me. This is an old xbox that had been laying around. It was one of the first produced 1st gen xbox 360s, so your results may vary. If you try and it does not work, maybe try to unplug and try again. This xbox red ringed on me a few days later, so its only a temp fix, just long enough to find someone who can put a RROD permanent fix on it. Just google it, and you have to buy a kit. I, just didn’t because im about to get a ps3 anyway. Good luck! -PJ
