Its a halo 3 edition xbox 360, never had an issue with it before this. i play (or rather played) alot of mw2 on this thing, usually for like 5 or 6 hours at a time. one day after a long mw2 session, i put the disk in, and heard this buzzing noise, and got that “open tray” problem. so i took the xbox apart. turns out it has something to do with the motor that spins the disk. for a few days, it worked to just spin the disk manually, then the motor would pick it up the speed and spin at high rpm. now it just does what you see in the video. the DVD drive is a Hitachi GDR-3120L
