if you do this, remember to very very slowly tilt the 360. DO NOT tilt it in any other direction while the disc is spinning except up. if you do you will scratch your disc. badly. use at your own risk. this is how i fix any disc read problem with my 360. i’m guessing since the drive is so old the motors are unable to move without the little help of gravity with the faceplate facing up. or it could do something with the magnet that holds the disc in place, i’m not sure yet.

RATINGS AND COMMENTS PLEASE! I have found a way to fix an Xbox 360 without having to take it apart all you have to do is follow my tutorial in my video. I swear it works so give it a try, it worked for me I have the video to prove it. So check it out and follow the steps and you could be playing on your Xbox in 3 minuets and 30 seconds Also clean out your xbox 360 they can get very dusty that could be a problem too. Guys all I ask is that you give me credit if you use this trick. call it my name call it “”the Shaw Fix”". It’s my way not yours, if find that someone copied my video, I’ll delete my video and report them. And this trick will be lost forever. So don’t be a dick . Give me credit if your going to use “the Shaw fix” thats all I ask. thanks I’ve also listed them below.. Important Extra Step 4: Same as the steps below, but instead of waiting 2 to 3 minuets, you wait “8 to 10″ minuets or until the 4 red lights go back to the 3 red lights of death. Optional Step: Take off the HDD if you want I did it so you probably should too. Step 1: Press the sync and the eject button at the same time, 4 red lights will flash now. Step 2: Wait for 2 to 3 minuets. Step 3: Turn off the console and wait 15 seconds, then turn it back on. If this doesn’t work then keep trying it will work, I had to do it 6 or 7 times before it worked. STEP 4 IMPORTANT!!! Once you get it sarted leave it on!! I suggest 1 to 2 hours. The DVD Drive in my 360 Finaly Kicked the Bucket so here is how I fixed it! I Get Replacement Drives and other parts from www.llamma.com ~This was a Toshiba/Samsung drive but the method should be similar for Hitachi & BENQ drives!~
