there is a problem with my xbox live. i ran an Ethernet cable from my router to the xbox. it says that it is connected, but there is a problem with the IP address. I input my computer’s IP address into it, and that didn’t work either, so i took it out. We have 3 computers on our router. Any help? i am new at it, i do not have a gamertag. The xbox works by itself though. and my internet works fine too.

Is there a way to get some banned from xbox live ?

My brother got an Xbox 360 for Christmas and I decided I wanted to make an account so I made an xbox live account on the internet and now I don’t know how to sign in on the system. All it says is join xbox live. HELP!

I have tried to join xbox live a while back, but honestly I have no idea how. My friends tell me I need wifi and a wifi router or an ethernet cable. I have a wifi router downstairs from the xbox 360, so can I set up a connection without buying anything else? Also do I make a gamertag using the internet or the xbox itself? Thanks for your help!

I had a free trial of an xbox 360 live gold membership. Now, the trial ran out, but I still want to get on the gamertag because I have save files from my games on there. When I try to log-in it just tells me that it’s not a valid xbox live membership. How do I change it from gold to silver so that I can play again?

I’m going to visit my little sister and I bought her an Xbox 360 for her birthday. I have a lot of MS Points on my gamertag, and was wondering if I could sign in on her console and buy Xbox Live Arcade games with my points and she still be able to play them when I leave?

Are they tied to my gamertag or to the console? Thanks.

hi this is the 3rd xbox 360 case fix ive done, iv’e added a flushed top fan over one of the heatsinks plus a new fan on the side, also re-made the vent on the front ( to duct away the heat via a fan inside over the other heatsink) now been running now over 8 months no red lights at all! (started out getting 2 red light and loud fans then 3 red lights)
