there is a problem with my xbox360′s disk drive, it couldn’t read the disk, so instead of microsoft,where can I send it for repair, are there any stores that do the repairing of consoles? please be specific

Just about to send my 360 for repair – Unplayable disc error

Anyway, I was just wondering, when I get the console back, what will be in the parcel?

Same console? someone else’s? a new one?

Has anyone had this problem and received a new one?

Also, if they send the same one back to me, will they have a note attached saying what they have done to fix the issue? Like replacing the disk drive and other parts?

Anyone got some good sites that i can get a Fast and reliable repair?

My xbox 360 scratches my games i dont move it or touch it or anything i heard that the disk drive is just out of place but im not good enough with that kind of stuff to fix it myself unless i had someone tell me step by step
