does anyone know the cheapest place to buy a xbox 360 60gb not on the internet?

ok so I don’t have much money to buy a Xbox 360 and my budget is low so I can’t buy the latest one right now. So I plan on getting the Xbox arcade with Black ops. The problem is i heard about the whole red ring of death thing. Is it safe to buy one for like 0 at gamestop?
