How to repair a foil-scratch on a Xbox 360 disk?

When I say foil scratch I mean when you shine it up to the light, shiny side up and you can see foil missing or light shining through.

The foil is what the game is written on (underneath the printed label). There is no way to repair this type of damage.
Sorry.
No way, you cannot possibly fix that!
