arcade is the only one of the two you mentioned that is available in stores
the pro was discontinued a while ago its the same machine, but the hard drive is included in one and not the other.
buy on ebay, but only from someone that offers a warranty
The Arcade is $199 and you should NEVER buy one. Why? Wired remotes, NO HDD and really no features so by the time you spend all that money on the missing parts you really want you could simply buy the Elite system that’s out for about $100 more (depending from where and what sales are out) and be far, far happier with wireless controllers and a HDD that can at least store things.
There are 20GB and 60GB Pro systems out there, some rare few never opened or used, but most are ‘refurbished’ which means a variety of things. You should look for as much of a Warranty if you get one that way as you can get but don’t spend more than the Arcade’s price tag otherwise just buy new and get a full 1YR/3YR Warranty from Microsoft and save yourself the headaches in the long run.
